1. Acceptance of terms

By joining the Lybel waitlist or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any point, please do not sign up or use the website.

2. Who operates Lybel

Lybel is a project operated by Diego Clair, an individual, reachable at Rua Aburá, 40 — apt. 53A, Sítio do Mandaqui, São Paulo/SP, CEP 02542-110, Brazil. For any matter: privacidade@lybel.com.br.

Lybel is not currently incorporated as a legal entity. When that changes, this section will be updated.

3. What these terms cover

These terms govern exclusively:

These terms do not cover the use of the Lybel product itself (platform, application, paid services), which will have its own terms upon launch.

  • Access to the Lybel institutional website.
  • Registration on the waitlist for the future product.
  • Voluntary submission of feedback, opinions or commercial inquiries.

4. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free of charge and creates no contractual obligation on Lybel to deliver any product or service.

We do not guarantee a launch date, final features, pricing or product availability. The waitlist exists to keep you informed and to offer potential early access.

You may request removal from the list at any time by writing to privacidade@lybel.com.br.

5. Acceptable use

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful information when registering.
  • Not use website forms to send spam, illegal, offensive, discriminatory or third-party unauthorized content.
  • Not attempt to access restricted areas, decompile, copy, scrape or exploit vulnerabilities of the website.
  • Not impersonate another person or provide third-party data without their consent.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — the name "Lybel", logos, brand, texts, illustrations, code, layout and design — is owned by Lybel and protected under Brazilian intellectual property and copyright law.

Reproduction, distribution, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Content submitted by you (feedback)

By submitting feedback, suggestions, opinions or comments, you grant Lybel a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide and perpetual license to use such contributions to improve the product, without any obligation of compensation or credit.

You represent that submitted content is your own, original, and does not infringe third-party rights.

8. Website availability

We will make reasonable efforts to keep the website online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors. We may suspend, modify or discontinue the website, or any part of it, at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, Lybel is not liable for:

  • Indirect losses or damages, lost profits or consequential damages arising from use or unavailability of the website.
  • Decisions made based on content from this website, which is informational only and describes a product under development.
  • Failures, interruptions or conduct of third-party services integrated into the website (hosting providers, email, etc.).

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be communicated, where applicable, to the registered email address. The current version will always be available at lybel.com.br/terms, with the date of the last update at the top of the document.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are elected as the exclusive forum for any disputes arising from these terms.
